Crystal River Inshore: Multi-Species Bass & Trout Action Trip

Action-packed day from the get-go! Mark and their crew joined us for an early morning summer inshore fishing trip. We launched around 8:00 am into partly cloudy skies with some rain rolling through Crystal River. The conditions were perfect for what we had planned - a solid day of bottom fishing, casting with lures, and live bait fishing. Once the stage was set, we got our lines in the water and the bite was hot right away. Mark and crew hooked up early with a nice mix of Speckled Trout, Largemouth Bass, and Kelp Bass using our bottom fishing setup. We also managed to land some Golden perch, Peacock Bass, Florida Bass, and Yellow Bass throughout the day. 3am Crystal River dive with Soundarya - perfect April conditions

One for the books today! I took Soundarya out for an early morning dive session starting at 3:00 am in April, and the conditions couldn't have been better. Clear conditions throughout the day made for perfect visibility and comfortable diving from the moment we hit the water. The early start gave us the advantage of calm waters and optimal conditions that Crystal River is known for during this time of year. This was our New trip divemaster session, and I was representing ThennaDFF for what turned out to be a solid day on the water. Once the stage was set, we focused on the core fundamentals that make Crystal River diving so rewarding. We set out around sunset, with partly cloudy skies that gave way to some afternoon rain. The Kaveri River Basin provided an excellent backdrop for our inshore fishing adventure.
